Once an item leaves the distribution warehouse, it begins to incur handling, storage, and other fees. While we do our best to keep our in-store prices competitive, we cannot provide outstanding, personalized service and compete with factory direct prices. If you wish to purchase an item at our store, our posted prices will apply; however, we do offer quantity discounts in every department which are not available online.

One last note... shipping charges are listed as $0 for every item on our site. Instead of charging a falsely inflated shipping price, we find the best rate available for your complete shipment. We will call you with a few questions about your location (loading dock? forklift available? etc). Once we know the exact weights and measurements of your order, we get several competitive bids for shipping and then provide you with an exact quote before we ship. We use all our resources to save you possible headaches and money... in many cases, 10%-20% of your total!
